Once you’ve submitted support tickets, here's how to monitor and manage them efficiently.
View Your Tickets
Log into the Zendesk Help Center and click on My Requests to see all your submitted tickets.
Ticket Status Explained
- Open: Your ticket is pending a response from our support team.
- Pending: Support is waiting on more information from you.
- Solved: The issue has been resolved.
Responding to Tickets
Open a ticket and use the reply box to add comments or provide additional information. Be sure to check your email for notifications about ticket updates.
Closing Tickets
If your issue is resolved, you may close the ticket yourself or simply allow it to be closed by the support team once solved.
Reopening Tickets
If the problem persists after the ticket is closed, you may reply to the solved ticket to reopen it.
