Welcome to Zendesk! This guide will help you get up and running quickly with the Zendesk platform so you can manage your support tickets efficiently.
Create Your Account
If you don't already have an account, visit zendesk.com and sign up using your email address. Once registered, you'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Basic Navigation
- Dashboard: Your main landing page where you can view ticket summaries and recent activity.
- Tickets: Access and manage all your support requests here.
- Views: Predefined ticket queues to organize and prioritize tickets.
- Help Center: Browse knowledge base articles.
Set Up Your Profile
After logging in, click on your avatar in the top-right corner to access Profile Settings. Here, you can add your contact details, upload a profile picture, and set your preferences.
